Introductory HACCP Workshop for Meat and Poultry

Introductory HACCP Course to review the philosophy and principles of the HACCP system and discuss the implementation of HACCP in poultry and meat plants. Participants who complete this course will receive Introductory HACCP Certification through the International HACCP Alliance.
