Introductory HACCP Training – Ozark 2/26 & 2/27

Review the philosophy and principles of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System and discuss the implementation of HACCP in poultry or meat plants. Participants will receive Introductory HACCP Certification from the International HACCP Alliance.
