DESCRIPTION:Join us for a day of learning about homesteading and extend your knowledge in various topics related to homesteading. This workshop is designed for homesteaders\, beginner farmers\, established farmers looking to diversify\, horticulture enthusiasts\, and everyone in between. \nTopics will include Backyard Bees\, Getting Started with Poultry\, Soil and Plant Nutrition\, Meat Sciences\, Marketing for Farmers’ Markets\, Fruits and Vegetable Production\, Sourdough Bread\, and the Art of Sausage Making with a Breakfast Sandwich on the Homestead.  \nYouth ages 5 and up – We have some great activities scheduled for you while your parents are learning! Join us for some fun activities\, hands-on learning\, and show and tell. \nRegistration includes lunch.
