Holiday Decorating Workshop

New Water Farms, 460 Civitan Road, Dadeville, AL 36853

Putting up Christmas decorations can give one feelings of nostalgia and childhood excitement. Regardless of age – child or adult – it is a wonderful time of the year. So let’s all get in the holiday and festive spirit by making some special homemade decorations. Join us Wednesday, December 4th as Tallapoosa County Extension presents a “Holiday Decorating Workshop”. During this fun and hands-on workshop, participants will:
• Decorate and take home a 14” Grapevine Wreath!
• Practice making Christmas Bows!
• Learn how to get creative with Holiday Centerpieces!
• Design Christmas Jars with Modge Podge!
• Gain decoratng ideas using Natural Plant Material!
Due to space and popularity, this class will be offered in the morning or afternoon of your choice. The morning session is 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and the afternoon session is from 1- 4 p.m. Space is limited, first come first served, and registration is required. There is a $25 fee for the supplies. Participants are asked to please bring a pair of scissors and handheld pruners.
