Garden-to-Pantry Citrus Workshop

Join us for a citrus canning and growing workshop that will teach you the basics of using a water bath canner, all the tools you will need for a successful canning experience, and care and maintenance of citrus trees. Each participant will leave with an Auburn home food preservation book, citrus marmalade recipe, and a chance to win a jar of spiced citrus jelly. Please pre-register with the Baldwin County Extension office. The class and supplies are $10.00.
