From Farm to Fork: How to Pick, Clean, and Cook Turnip Greens!

This class is geared toward the consumers to teach how to use fresh produce instead of can goods. Participants will utilize these skills to provide homemade vegetables for the entire family limiting the amount of salt, fats and sugar used in preparing meals. The goal is to increase the amount of nutrient dense consumed food through freshly prepared vegetables made from home. Presented by Della Taylor, USNAP-Ed Regional Educator.
