Participants will learn: Understanding the Human Body, Understanding Risk Factors for Diabetes, Monitoring Your Body, Being Physically Active, Planning Meals, Identifying and Preventing Complications, Learning about Medications & Medical Care, and Living with Diabetes: Mobilizing Your Family and Friends.
