DEEP- Diabetes Empowerment Education Program- Grand Bay

The Diabetes Empowerment Education Program, also known as DEEP, is directed toward persons with diabetes and relatives who need information on diabetes self-care. The program seeks to empower patients and communities and applies principles of adult education and group work techniques that promote learning and a progression towards a healthy lifestyle.
