Cottage Food Law Course – Online 4/16

This course meets the food safety training requirement of the ADPH for people who want to sell certain non-hazardous foods from their home as a Cottage Food Business. The course includes specifics about the AL Cottage Food Law, what foods can be sold, where foods can be sold, labeling requirements, and food safety recommendations for the cottage food operator. The certification is good for 3 years. You must register before coming to class. The course is non-refundable but transferable to another date.
