Better Process Control School for Acidified Food – Mobile 3/11 & 3/12

Mobile County Extension Office, 1070 Schillinger Road North, Mobile, AL 36608; Mobile County

This is a two-day course that offers instruction which fulfils the FDA and USDA requirements to certify supervisors of thermal processing systems, acidification, and container closure evaluation programs for acidified canned foods. Anyone manufacturing an acidified food to be sold in the US must hold a valid certificate from an approved course such as this. Course fee is $350.
