Basics of Pressure Canning Workshop

Online, AL

Virtual workshop to demonstrate the basics of pressure canning nature’s bounty using the most up-to-date science based preservation practices. Will learn the basics of how to pressure can vegetables, meats and combination foods. Also talk about some of the issues associated with vegetables that could affect their overall quality. Bonus: Live demonstrations of equipment and testing of dial gauges. Registration deadline is Thursday, May 20, 2021.
