Backyard Poultry Processing Workshop

The Backyard Poultry Processing Class provides information on backyard chicken processing, what procedures to use, and why. A hands-on processing session will follow. A registration fee of $10 per participant is due by Tuesday, October 23, 2018. Space is limited to 20 participants and is first come first serve.
