Back 2 Basics Food Myths & Food Labels

Extension Professionals will be on hand to provide educational information on the use of Bioengineering in developing our food. The workshop will address the safety of this technology, what is a GMO, how many are there, and what the USDA is asking the food industry to identify as “Bioengineered”. Workshop begins at 1:00pm, arrive early for registration. Seating is limited, call for registration.
