Under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, certain businesses are required to provide employees with paid sick leave or expanded family and medical leave if specific coronavirus reasons arise. These businesses include public and private employers with less than 500 employees. The United States Department of Labor requires these employers to place posters of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act requirements in a noticeable area on its premises. These provisions will apply from April 1 through December 31.
