It’s important to obtain (get), understand (know), communicate (talk), and process (use) information and services to make key health decisions. Register today and learn ways to be more active in your healthcare and live healthier. Remember you hold the keys to your health success.
What to Expect
The CHAMPION Shaping Your Health series will be delivered virtually by health and nutrition urban regional Extension agents from across the state of Alabama. Each lesson and activity will expose teens and adults to helpful health information and services.
Tune in on Wednesdays
When: Wednesdays, September 2 through 30 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. CT
Where: The webinars are presented through Zoom, an online video presentation format. They are also available through Facebook Live on the CHAMPION Facebook page.

The first 10 participants to register for each lesson will receive a free CHAMPION Shaping Your Health Toolkit including an e-health journal, a Know Your Numbers magnet, a body measurement tape, and more.
