Simply Roasted Carrots

This roasted carrot side dish makes a quick and easy addition to any dinner. The Simply Roasted Carrots recipe serves four.

Tips: Time saver! Buy presliced carrots. Money saver! Buy whole carrots and slice. Use this recipe for other veggies like zucchini too.

Ingredients

  • 4 carrots, washed, peeled, and sliced
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Put sliced carrots in zippered bag or bowl. Add oil and mix well.
  3. Place carrots on baking sheet. Do not overlap carrot slices. Season with salt.
  4. Cook 12 minutes, turning at 6 minutes. 5. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
