Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1 bunch asparagus
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons seafood seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 4 tilapia fillets
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Snap asparagus spears to remove ends.
- Place asparagus on half of baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix bread crumbs, seafood seasoning, and garlic powder together in a shallow dish.
- Mix eggs in a separate shallow dish.
- Dip each fillet in egg, then in bread crumb mixture, and place on other half of baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, turning fillets after 10 minutes until golden brown on both sides
