Sponsorship Levels

• Diamond: $10,000 (limited availability)
• Platinum: $5,000 (limited availability)
• Gold: $3,000
• Silver: $1,500
• Bronze: $500

Sponsorship Benefits

Diamond

• Forty minutes of dedicated time in the general session.
• Exclusive sponsorship of meals, coffee breaks, and the reception.
• A 10 x 40 foot booth with a power outlet.
• Access to additional space in the convention center to exhibit large equipment, such as a drone trailer.
• A two-minute promotional video to be featured in the general session.
• Promotion of your business’ flier and website to all conference participants via email.
• Recognition of your business’ name and logo multiple times throughout the conference, including on the main stage screen and in the conference program.

Diamond sponsors also have the option to host customized events on the main stage or in breakout rooms following the conclusion of each day’s scheduled program. If utilized, there would be an additional fee to cover convention center labor, food, drink, and other expenses if incurred.

Platinum

• Fifteen minutes of dedicated time in the general session.
• Sponsorship of meals, coffee breaks, and the reception (after Diamond sponsors).
• A 10 x 20 foot booth with a power outlet.
• Access to additional space in the convention center to exhibit large equipment, such as a drone trailer.
• A two-minute promotional video to be featured in the general session.
• Promotion of your business’ flier and website to all conference participants via email.
• Recognition of your business’ name and logo multiple times throughout the conference, including on the main stage screen and in the conference program.

Gold

• A 10 x 20 foot booth.
• A two-minute promotional video to be featured in the general session.
• Promotion of your business’ flier and website to all conference participants via email.
• Recognition of your business’ name multiple times throughout the conference, including on the main stage screen and in the conference program.

Silver

• A 10 x 10 foot booth.
• Promotion of your business’ flier and website to all conference participants via email.
• Recognition of your business’ name multiple times throughout the conference, including on the main stage screen and in the conference program.

Bronze

• Promotion of your business’ flier and website to all conference participants via email.
• Recognition of your business’ name multiple times throughout the conference, including on the main stage screen and in the conference program.

Additional Information

• All sponsorship levels can add a one-page promotional flier or one small souvenir to the welcome bags given at the registration table.
• Flexible sponsorship opportunities and formats are available (tourism opportunities and fun events for spouse and children of conference participants, open bar, ice-cream social, low-country boil, door prizes, etc.). Contact Steve Li for more information.
• Gold and Silver sponsors can request a power outlet for their booth for an additional cost charged by the convention center.
• Payment must be received to confirm sponsorship. There is a limited number of available Diamond and Platinum sponsorships. Availability is first come, first served and assigned after receiving payment.
• The plan of a customized event hosted by a Diamond sponsor must be approved by the conference planning committee in advance.
• All sponsors must follow all rules of the Mobile Convention Center and will be held financially liable for any damages incurred due to negligence.
• All sponsorship payments are final and nonrefundable.
