Important Dates

  • Submission Deadline—February 14, 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance—February 21, 2025

Guidelines

Sessions are 50 to 60 minutes in length, which includes setup, presenting, a question-and-answer period, and takedown. All presenters must register for the conference and present during their assigned time slot. Presenters are also responsible for their expenses, including conference registration, travel, lodging, and workshop materials.

Types

  • Research Papers/Poster Sessions—Original research findings with clear theoretical and practical implications.
  • Case Studies—Real-world examples demonstrating effective strategies and lessons learned.
  • Panel Discussions—Interactive sessions with diverse perspectives on a key topic.
  • Workshops—Hands-on sessions focused on skill development and practical application.

Components

All proposals must include the following information:

  • Presentation Title—Concise and descriptive, reflecting the presentation content.
  • Abstract—A brief summary, 150-word maximum, highlighting the key points of the presentation, including the research question, methodology, key findings, and implications.
  • Learning Objectives—Clear and specific learning outcomes for attendees.
  • Presenter Information—Name, affiliation, contact details, and relevant expertise. Include your presenter biography and headshot for the conference program.
  • Presentation Format Preference—Indicate your preferred session type (e.g., panel, poster session, and/or workshop).

Review Criteria

Proposals will be reviewed using the following criteria:

  • Relevance to the conference theme and key areas of interest.
  • Originality and significance of the proposed content.
  • Clarity and quality of the presentation abstract.
  • Presenter expertise and qualifications
