Job Summary

Manage the production and content development of products and services for print and electronic media, including publications, impact statements, marketing/promotional materials, videos, reports, presentations, Web pages, and social media sites. Serve as staff editor, researcher, and writer of original content for publications, newsletter articles, radio scripts, reports, and other documentation. Develop and implement marketing and public relations plans for Extension’s Urban Affairs and New Nontraditional Programs unit and for Extension activities. Develop marketing and publishing policies and procedures. Chair in-house marketing & public relations committees, and serve on Extension’s Communications & Marketing Team and Alabama A&M University’s Public Relations Council.
