The Works For Me curriculum is designed to teach basic employability and life management concepts, promote employment success, and enhance quality of life for job seekers and employed individuals. The curriculum was developed by the Alabama Cooperative Extension System in response to the need to help individuals with little or no work experience thrive in the workforce. Individuals who are entering the workforce for the first time, returning to work after a lengthy absence, or seeking ways to balance home and work responsibilities will find the curriculum particularly useful. Although adults are the targeted audience for the curriculum, some lessons may be adapted for teens.
