Meat-Potato Burgers

This recipe makes 6 or 8 patties.

What you use:
1 pound ground beef   1 can tomatoes
1 large potato   2 tablespoons flour
1 small onion   2 tablespoons water
½ teaspoon salt   Nonstick cooking spray
