The Southeastern United States Vegetable Crops Handbook provides current, research-based information on vegetables grown in the southeastern United States. Topics include what varieties to plant, planting dates, fertilizer recommendations, cover crops selection and conservation tillage options, pesticides, fertigation, plasticulture, post harvest handling, and alternative pest management tools. The authors are Extension specialists and researchers from 12 land-grant universities.
