Registration Information

Note: Early Bird Registration date extended from March 5 to March 19

The full conference registration fee includes conference program and materials, two continental breakfasts, one lunch, a reception, and refreshment breaks. Payment and registration form must be received or postmarked by March 19, 2010 to qualify for the early registration fee of $280. The registration fee is $330 after March 19, 2010. A special registration fee for students is $180.

Refund Policy: Requests for registration refunds will be honored if a written notification of cancellation is received by Patti Golden on or before March 19, 2010. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from all registration refunds. No refunds will be honored after March 19, 2010.

$330 Registration (3/20/10 to 4/9/10)
