We invite your organization/company to participate in the Priester National Extension Health Conference (PNEHC). This educational conference will be held April 20‐22, 2010 at the Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel, Mobile, Alabama. The Priester National Extension Health Conference is an annual educational conference designed for worldwide collaboration, education, health and learning to come together in one meeting place. The Cooperative Extension System (CES) is a vast network of scientists, educators, staff, and volunteers who carry out research and education programs throughout the United States and its territories. Most of these partners work at or through land‐grant universities. The primary federal partner is the United States Department of Agriculture‐National Institute of Food and Agriculture. Extension has a long history of involvement in promoting health and preventing disease in communities across the nation. The theme for this year's conference is Healthy People, Healthy Communities: Reducing Health Disparities. This year's conference tracks focus on the crises of diabetes and obesity, health leadership, sustaining communities, caregiving for aging parents, new immigrant health, and green living, in the context of growing disparities among rich and poor. The Priester National Extension Health Conference offers a variety of marketing and sponsorship opportunities. Please see additional information regarding these opportunities enclosed in the information below. The 2010 PNEHC exhibit fee is $200.00 for commercial organizations and $100.00 for non–profit, government, and public education organizations. This fee entitles one representative of your company to attend the entire conference.
