Workshop: 45 minute sessions intended to share established and innovative curriculum, programs or evaluation resources, or community or policy development strategies through interactive activities and presentations.

Presentation: 45minute sessions intended to present information, research or evaluation results in a lecture format with some time for discussion.

Contributed Paper: 10 to 30minute presentation given during a session with other presenters of accepted papers. Presenters will be grouped by subject matter for session.

Roundtable Discussion: Up to 10 roundtable discussions will be offered, each lasting 45 minutes. These will be repeated twice for a total of three roundtable sessions. These informal discussions among several participants will focus on a particular topic and will be led by a facilitator knowledgeable in the subject matter.

Share Fair/Poster/Exhibit: An opportunity to showcase successful programs, projects, research, evaluation strategies or resources. Skirted tables will be provided for tabletop displays, sample materials, brochures, and contact information. Share Fair/Poster/Exhibit presenters will be expected to stand with their exhibit during the Networking Reception.

    • Will conference participants gain skills, knowledge, abilities to apply in their own sphere of influence?
  • How do you intend to engage participants in active learning?
