The conference will be held at The Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center. Adjacent to the Auburn University campus, the hotel is also within a short walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Auburn. Guest room registration is not yet open, but detailed instructions will be announced soon. The hotel is pleased to offer special discounted rates for NETC attendees as follows:
- Single Occupancy: $105/night + 13% lodging tax
- Double Occupancy: $115/night + 13% lodging tax
- Triple Occupancy: $125/night + 13% lodging tax
- Quad Occupancy: $135/night + 13% lodging tax
The room rates include for each guest a full, gourmet breakfast buffet in the hotel's Ariccia restaurant. Start your day with a custom-made omelet! During your stay, enjoy these other amenities and services:

Travel
Transportation
- Please remember that Atlanta is in the Eastern time zone and Auburn is in the Central time zone. So, Atlanta is 1 hour ahead of Auburn. Please be cognizant of this when scheduling your travel plans.
Although Auburn does have an airport, it is not serviced by any commercial airlines. So your air travel will most likely terminate in Atlanta (ATL) (Recommended), Birmingham (BHM), or Montgomery (MGM). Driving time between Atlanta and Auburn is about 2 hours, between Birmingham Airport and Auburn is about 2.25 hours, and Montgomery is about 1 hour away.
- Travelzoo - Search for Airline tickets across multiple sites (Orbitz, Travelocity, Priceline, Bing, Delta, CheapOAir, Kayak, etc.).
- Express 85 - Shuttle Service to/from Atlanta Airport. Check their schedule and coordinate your arrival time. Remember the time difference.

Weather Considerations
Expect warm weather in south Alabama in May. Pack accordingly and don't forget to bring your swimsuit! Rain is always a possibility, short afternoon showers followed by sunshine are common in late Spring, so a small collapsible umbrella may be a useful accessory.
