Before you start the registration process, here is what you need to know:

The details of each breakout session are available on the Breakout Sessions Schedule page. We recommend making your selections “offline” prior to starting the online registration process.

The Hotel at Auburn University Room Reservation

Before you reserve your hotel room, here is what you need to know:

The hotel is pleased to offer special discounted rates for NETC attendees as follows:

Single Occupancy: $105/night + 13% lodging tax
Double Occupancy: $115/night + 13% lodging tax
Triple Occupancy: $125/night + 13% lodging tax
Quad Occupancy: $135/night + 13% lodging tax

For each guest, the room rates include a full, gourmet breakfast buffet in the hotel's restaurant, so do not add breakfast to your room reservation.

On the hotel reservation web site, follow these steps:

1. Select the dates
2. Select the number of occupants
3. Select the room type
4. Be sure the breakfast option box is NOT checked
5. Click “Continue This Reservation”
6. On the next page, click the numbered tabs and provide contact information for each guest
7. Pay with one credit card
