The Mount Vernon Dining Hall traditionally has been noted for its atmosphere as well as the quality of its meals.  This stately building can accommodate very small groups to very large ones, and the meals are "all you can eat", served family style.

For those interested in woodworking, the Dining Hall is a treat to behold.  The interior of the dining room is paneled in native chestnut and is valued at over
$ 2 million dollars.

Meals are served at the Dining Hall at the following times:

Breakfast - 7:30 a.m.; Lunch - 12:15 p.m.; Dinner - 5:30 p.m.

The Invitational will host a Welcome Bar-B-Q Social for state teams on Sunday, July 22 at 6:30 p.m. at the outdoor pavilion near the swimming pool.  There will be chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs and all the fixins'.  A vegetarian selection will also be available.

On Thursday, July 26, the Invitational will host the Awards Banquet in the Dining Hall at 9:30 a.m.  This will be a breakfast brunch.  The winning teams and high point individuals will be announced and presented with awards.  This is a great time for pictures, so don't forget your camera!

The Awards Banquet will be finished by 11:30 a.m. and teams will be free to depart for home.
