Description: Do you like mushrooms? Would you like to grow mushrooms? Shiitake mushrooms grow very easily in logs, which take up very little space. Participants will learn how to grow mushrooms by inoculating their own logs to take home. Directions for how to care for your mushroom logs will be covered at the workshop.
