Description: Learn to prepare delicious meals and snacks to control or prevent diabetes, high blood pressure and other diseases. You will learn how to choose healthier food, prepare recipes low in fat, cholesterol, sugar, and sodium, portion control, label reading, use various sweeteners, choose carbohydrates wisely, and choose the right fats.
