Description: Learn about the native solitary leafcutter bee super pollinator. Learn about why they are called leafcutter bees, how to attract them, nesting structures, and why they are so important for pollination. We will have leafcutter bee cocoons to place in the new nesting structures for their emergence.

Description: This workshop will focus in-depth on the management strategies for recreational fish ponds. Participants will be exposed to information and techniques to properly manage fish ponds for good fishing, controlling aquatic vegetation, and managing nuisance wildlife around the pond. This workshop will include a combination of inside presentations and live-demonstrations at an area pond site. Participants are also invited to bring a water sample and/or a weed sample for identification and testing. Lunch will be provided, so preregistration is required.
