A Private Applicator uses or supervises the use of any pesticide for producing any agricultural commodity on property owned or rented, or on the property of another person if applied without compensation. This is a testing period after studying the Study Manual in order to provide the Private Applicator permit to the participant after scoring at least 70. *Additional fee of $25.00 shall be forwarded by the applicant to the Department of Ag for Permit. |
