Cook4safety is a food handler course designed to teach basic food safety concepts to cooks, servers, and any other restaurant personnel. The course teaches food safety through a series of interactive activities that are directly related to food service. Participants will gain skills they can use on the job to keep food safe and will have a better understanding of how the ADPH Inspection Report relates to food safety. |

The formal opening will begin at 2:00 pm at the Center, located on 13 First Avenue in Clanton. The Food Innovation Center is a grassroots effort made possible by people from several local and state public and private entities. |
