| Description: |
The Monroe County Office is sponsoring 2 Basic Pistol Shooting Courses for Women. The 1 day course will be held on Saturday, April 14 and Monday, April 16, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The course will be conducted by a certified NRA instructor. The cost is $50.00 per person which includes lunch, ammunition, and all printed materials. The Basic Pistol Shooting Course is a prerequisite for "Personal protection in the home" which will be offered at a later date. Registration deadline is April 9, 2012. Forms can be found at www.aces.edu/Monroe. The course consist of: Live firing, pistol safety, different types of pistols, shooting techniques, and basic handling of various pistols. |
