Description: This event, which will be held at the AAMU Agribition Center in Huntsville, is part of the ongoing series of Horse Owner Resource, Science, & Education (H.O.R.S.E.) program. The instructor for this program is Dr Soren Rodning, our Extension veterinarian from Auburn University. The focus of this program is being prepared for horse emergencies (injuries, colic, founder, etc) and knowing when to call a vet and what to do until the vet arrives. This program with be a combination of lecture and "hands on" intruction using live horses for demonstration. RSVP by phone or email is requested.
