Description: A meeting that deals with issues of handling herd bulls meant for breeding that are over 18 months of age. Alabama has instituted a new law for beef cattle identification. The second issue is using a veterinarian for a breeding soundness exam versus a reproductive physiologist (non-veterinarians)collecting bulls and looking at the results under a microscope. The third and final issue is Alabama and surrounding states rules on Trichomoniasis and transportation.
