The Calhoun County Cooperative Extension is proud to announce they will be hosting Camp Cane Creek this summer at the Cane Creek Gardens!
Participants will be taking :
• Junior Master Gardener Classes
• Junior Master Conservationist Classes
• Arianna’s Nutrition Expedition Classes
The camp will begin July 9th and go for four weeks ending August 3rd.
The activities will begin at 8:00 A.M. and end at 3:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
The cost is $60 per week for kids ages 6-12. You can sign up your child to attend at the Calhoun County Extension Office, 1702 Noble St. Suite 108, in the Calhoun County Administration Building. For more information, please call the Extension office at (256) 237-1621. |

Wiregrass Girls continues to Rock on July 26-27 for their up-coming summer retreat. The first 100 girls ages 13-18 that register will enjoy two days of fun in the pool through Zumba Aqua Aerobics swimming classes,healthy lifestyle classes in nutrition,pajama party, karaoke, empowering seminars on Dating and Effective Communication with your Teen by national experts, good food and fellowship.
