Prepare the beef dish of your choice at home, using your favorite recipe.
Any cut of beef (ground beef, steak, roast, etc.) may be used and your dish should contain between 1-5 lbs. of beef. Bring 5 copies of your recipe, and the dish must be on the table and ready for judging before 10:15 a.m.
First-, Second-, and Third-Place ribbons and cash prizes will be Awarded in the Junior and Senior divisions. The winners will be eligible to enter the Dallas
County 4-H Healthy Life style Exhibit and the Senior will be eligible for the State Beef Cook-off .

These sessions are offered at No Cost to the participants. The workshop will be a general overview of the production systems used, and species cultured in the aquaculture industry, and will cover keys to developing successful aquaculture production, marketing and addressing aquatic health issues.
