Description: This is a free workshop designed to present the basics of classroom insturction; to enable and empower volunteers to deliver approximately one-hour long courses on the FDIC's Money Smart curriculum to community members. Description: Prepare the beef dish of your choice at home, using your favorite recipe. Any cut of beef (ground beef, steak, roast, etc.) may be used and your dish should contain between 1-5 lbs. of beef. Bring 5 copies of your recipe, and the dish must be on the table and ready for judging before 10:15 a.m. First-, Second-, and Third-Place ribbons and cash prizes will be Awarded in the Junior and Senior divisions. The winners will be eligible to enter the Dallas County 4-H Healthy Life style Exhibit and the Senior will be eligible for the State Beef Cook-off .
