| Description: |
"Can You Repeat that Please" is a healthy literacy workshop designed to improve communication between adult patients and their medical provdiers. Each participant receives a Personal Health Care Journal to help them have their medical history readily accessible in case of deployment, special assignment, etc. Part two called "My Growing Gains and Pains" will assist parents/guardian in getting their child/children health history in order. Each child will receive their personal health history journal as well.
Who Should Attend: Members of all branches of the US Armed Services: Active Duty, National Guard, Reserves, US Coast Guard, Navy, Marines and their families. Recent veterans are welcome to attend as well. |
