WTARS Manager. * Pine agroforestry and American chestnut restoration experiment. o Dr Luben Dimov and Dr. Kozma Naka, Alabama A&M Forestry. * Shitake mushrooms growing and collection of rainwater. o Rhonda Britton, Alabama Cooperative Extension System Regional Extension Agent. * Goat management in an agroforestry system. o Dr. Maria Lenira Leite-Browning, Extension Animal Scientist, Robert Spencer, Regional Extension Specialist. EVFA will provide lunch (water, soft drinks, hamburgers, slaw, beans, chips & dessert). Directions from Fayetteville, TN: * Take US 231/431 south. * Go two miles south of the main stop light in Hazel Green, Alabama to the Walker Lane stop light. Watch for 'Forestry' direction signs. * Turn left (east) on Walker Lane. Take the first right onto the farm; park at the first building on the right.
