Low Fat Pudding in a Cloud

(Adapted from KraftFoods.com)


2 cups cold fat free milk
1 (4-serving package) sugar-free chocolate pudding
2 cups thawed frozen lite whipped topping

You will need::

Medium bowl
Measuring cups
Wire whisk


  1. Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes or until smooth and thickened.
  2. Spoon 1/3 cup of whipped topping into each of six dessert dishes. Take the back of the spoon and make a well in each so whipped topping covers bottom and up the sides.
  3. Fill each well with a sixth of the pudding.
  4. Refrigerate at least one hour.
