Agriculture and Food Vulnerability Assessment Training:
“How Safe Is The Food On Our Table?”
What would happen if one of our major food suppliers were to be attacked by terrorists? In our upcoming program, we’ll take a fascinating look into the Agricultural Industry and how it could potentially be affected by terrorism. We’ll go inside the classroom to a unique course offering expert training in this area – as offered by the Center For Agriculture & Food Security & Preparedness at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. It’s a look at potential problems and solutions – along with proven measures to better protect our food industry, and more importantly ourselves. This program and course will increase your awareness of these issues and provide applications to implement within your own facility. What will you learn? Here are some of the key learning objectives for this program
* What are the essential criteria for assessing potential food safety vulnerabilities?
