Bi-Annual Time Certification

For all full-time NEP employees who are funded 100% from NEP federal funds, verfication of NEP time and effort is required as stated in the FSNE Federal Guidance. This includes all NEP Agent Assistants and federally-paid NEP state staff. Verfification of time and effort is documented bi-annually using the federally-approved bi-annual certification form. This form is completed in April and October of each year, with each form verifying full-time work on NEP activities for the previous 6 months.

To complete this documentation, click on and print the appropriately dated form and fill in the required spaces with your name, location, signature and date. Return the signed form to the NEP state office.
