Say NO to Junk Mail and Telemarketers

Auburn, Feb. 28, 2002---Recently, television commercials have been advertising a new telephone devise that zaps your number out of telemarketers' computers when they call you. This may be a good device but there is another, less expensive way to stop those annoying telemarketing calls.

Junk mail and telemarketers' calls can be stopped by simply writing the Direct Marketing Association and asking them to put you on their no junk-mail and no-telemarketing lists.

Within a few weeks, you should see noticeable changes in mail and telemarketing calls.

Each division has its own address, so if you want to be on each list, you will have to send two letters.

To stop junk-mail, write to: Direct Marketing Association, P.O. Box 9008 Farmingdale, NY 11735.
