1999 YOUTH ENTREPRENEUR SUMMIT SET FOR SEPT. 29 IN MONTGOMERY
AUBURN, AUG. 6---Attention youth entrepreneurs! Mark your calendars and make plans now to attend the 1999 Youth Entrepreneur Summit set for Sept. 29 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Montgomery. This year's Youth Summit will be held in conjunction with the 6th Annual African American Entrepreneur Summit, sponsored by Auburn University.
The event promises to be bigger and better than last year's Youth Summit which had more than 150 4-H attendees.
The event is open to all "would be" entrepreneurs and youth interested in business as a career. The target youth population is 4-H'ers age 11-17. Workshops for agents and volunteers on how to start youth entrepreneur clubs are also planned. Youth and adults will learn how these clubs can benefit youth and the community.
