The first step in using mail merge is to open a new document in Microsoft word.![]() | ||||||
Then go to the Tools menu at the top of the window and select Mail Merge.![]() | ||||||
The Mail Merge Helper window will then appear. Go to the first button labled Create.![]() | ||||||
