The CAWV program was originally developed to account for animal manurenot spread on the site that produced it. While it is offered to anyone interested, it is designed for those that haul, store and spread manure, especially litter, for a living. A broiler grower must be able to account for litter moved off-site by selling it to a CAWV OR transferring it using R-9 "Poultry Litter/Animal Manure Responsibility/Liability Transfer Form".
