Any group of youth may participate in 4-H Missions in Space programs. To secure a date for your group just click on the reservation form below (Acrobat Reader required). Complete the form and save to your computer. The form can be submitted by e-mail attachment, fax or by mail. Once a date is confirmed a payment schedule will be provided. A participant list must be submitted with payment. Reservations should be made 3 months or longer in advance. Reservations made less than 90 days prior to the date requested may require immediate payment. Contact the Group Coordinator as necessary.
