Strategies for Small Town Success Course Offered May 1-2 in Auburn

A two-day course on Strategies for Small Town Success is set for May 1 and 2 at the Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center in Auburn. The course is offered by the Economic and Community Development Institute, a partnership of Auburn University and the Alabama Cooperative Extension System.

ECDI will assemble leading retail, economic and community development experts to present ideas and success strategies for small town development.
Community and economic developers from across Alabama will share best practices based upon proven successes.

The course registration fee is $225. It includes the course, course CD, one continuing education unit, a lunch, reception and refreshments.

Course participants will be given opportunities to ask questions and engage in constructive dialogue about the challenges, possibilities and potential of small town development in Alabama.
